Tilt Mold Machines

The tilt mould machine is an automatic vibrating press for producing special vibrated and compressed elements. This machine is especially suited for products which have to be turned over for their extraction. In its forming area, the machine can produce a wide range of products as culverts, wells, channels, blocks and many others with or without steel reinforcement. Vibration is performed by a special vibrating chassis where the mould is blocked by pins or a fast hydraulic device. This vibration system together with our extractor device allows us to produce concrete products with or without a little conical shape. Tilt mould machine is available in the mobile version as well as stationary version.
